What we do. Brand, media, creative, events, operations and data, cooked in one kitchen.
Nothing on the table is an accident.
The Dining Room is where the brand actually meets a guest: at a booth, an activation, a stage, a pop-up, and gets felt instead of just read. Every sensory choice on the floor, the pour, the plate, the lighting, has to say the thing the brand actually stands for, or it’s just noise. None of that happens by accident. It’s backed by the same discipline that runs the rest of the kitchen, just never visible from where the guest is sitting.

The entry point.
Not every engagement needs the same courses, and not every client wants the same thing from the same course. Some clients want to be told what’s actually broken. Some want help getting something to market. Some want the whole thing run for them, start to finish. That choice sits above the menu, not buried inside it.
Consulting
Figure out what’s actually broken. Strategy isn’t a deliverable. It’s how we think about every problem. We come in, learn your kitchen, and tell you what we see, including the things nobody wants to say out loud. Research and insights, planning and development, and getting stakeholders on the same page all live here, applied to whichever pillar below actually needs it.
Experiences
Build the thing people remember. GTM is a plan until it isn’t. We help get to market with the right story, the right channels, and a real path from attention to conversion, against whichever pillar you’re ordering.
Implementation
Run the ticket. Don’t just write it. We build it, launch it, and stay at the stove. Accountable for the whole plate, not just the brief.
Every great dish starts with its base.
This is the mise en place of the brand, crafted for consistency, clarity, and resonance across every touchpoint, before a single campaign, event, or asset gets built on top of it.
Skip this step and everything after it is improvising on a foundation that isn’t there yet.
- Brand positioning and narrative
- Visual identity and logo design
- Voice, tone, and messaging systems
- Brand standards and guidelines
- Naming and nomenclature systems
- Launch and relaunch planning
Precision and timing meet performance.
This is how the brand actually gets to market, tuned to the rhythms of audience, platform, and return, not set once at kickoff and left alone. Channel selection follows the audience rather than a retainer template, and budget concentrates where it is dense enough to produce a signal instead of spreading thin across everything available.
The mix shifts as the data does. Platform performance gets checked against source-of-truth metrics before it reaches a report. If a channel can be bought and measured, we can manage it.
- Media strategy and channel planning
- Paid search and paid social
- Search engine optimization
- Programmatic and influencer
- Reporting and dashboards
- Incrementality testing (MMT)
Where story meets craft.
This is the flavor of the brand, served through work that makes people feel something instead of scrolling past it.
It runs from a single social post to a full campaign system, and the standard doesn’t move depending on the size of the ask, because a brand gets built out of a hundred small decisions made consistently, not one big moment.
- Campaign concepting and execution
- Video production and editing
- Copywriting and content development
- Paid social and digital creative
- Trade show experiences and activations
- Packaging and physical design
This is the front-of-house moment, the point where the brand actually gets tasted, felt, and remembered.
Every detail on the floor, the booth, the activation, the stage, is deliberate, even when it’s built to feel spontaneous.
Behind it sits the same discipline that runs the rest of the kitchen: a strategy before the first booth gets built, creative plating the assets, a team running the room, and a reporting pass that turns the night into a real number afterward.

Nobody cooks alone. The same discipline that runs our kitchen is what we bring to run yours.
A brigade works because every station has an owner and nothing moves without someone accountable for it. That’s not just how Hmde. staffs an engagement. It’s what we build into a client’s own marketing operation: workflow, handoffs, and quality checks between strategy, creative, media, and reporting, so nothing drops at the seams.
Every station also runs on numbers. We break the operation down into data points that repeat: hours to produce a video, days from brief to launch, revision rounds per asset, time from data pull to a client-ready report. Once the work is measured the same way every time, you can see where it stalls, set a baseline and show that it’s getting faster. Without a baseline, efficiency is just a feeling.
AI has a station in that system too. It speeds up the work and catches what a tired hand might miss, and the operational data shows exactly where it saves time and where it doesn’t. It never runs a station alone and never decides what ships. That call stays with a trained person, every time. That’s why the operation holds up under real volume instead of only looking good in a deck.
- Marketing operations (workflow, handoffs, and QA across the engagement)
- Project and program management
- Customer journey mapping
- Go-to-market planning
- CRM planning and strategy
- Process and infrastructure development (tools built and maintained for the engagement)
Measurement tells you what worked. Visibility tells you whether you were in the room at all.
Data starts with measurement. We shape performance reporting for the room that needs it: a live dashboard for the team, a deck for leadership, a single number for finance. Nobody gets the same raw export handed to everyone.
Platform reporting is a claim, not a verdict. Every ad platform grades its own homework. We check those numbers against sources outside the platform, like revenue, CRM and site data. Then we use incrementality and matched-market testing to separate what paid media caused from what it took credit for.
The other half is discovery. People find brands in far more places than a results page: AI assistants, answer engines, social feeds, marketplaces, creator content. Many of those moments never produce a click or show up in a dashboard. We track how the brand appears across them, whether it gets cited in AI-generated answers and what shapes those answers. All of it feeds back into media, content and creative decisions.
Measurement and visibility, read together. That’s the loop.
- Performance measurement and analytics reporting
- Marketing dashboards
- Campaign reporting and forecasting
- Brand health tracking
- AI and answer-engine optimization (how the brand shows up in an AI-generated answer, not just a search result)
- ROI modeling and forecasting

It’s with a person now. You’ll hear back from the one who will do the work.
